For Idlies, scoop the batter and pour into
the idly steamer.
For Dosas, add some water and mix evenly.
(Don't use for idlies then!)
Pour out on the pan and spread it (with
some ghee!)
Serve hot with chutneys, sambar, or
anything you love!
