Coffee is the best wake-up call to kick-start your day and is also the perfect beverage to enjoy with loved ones. The love for coffee is so great across the globe that there’s even an entire day dedicated to this drink. While there are plenty of brews and flavours in the market, none come quite close to the traditional, South Indian filter coffee. Every coffee lover can agree that nothing compares to a refreshing hot cup of aromatic coffee in the mornings. But a frothy cup of filter coffee is even better! Filter coffee is also popularly known as ‘degree coffee’ and ‘Madras coffee’. It’s the South Indian twist on the traditional hot drink that’s thicker, bubbly and delicious. It’s made using a metallic filtering device to compress the ground coffee that then drips the brew into a cup at the bottom. This brew is then mixed with some hot milk that’s poured from one cup to the other, to cool down the coffee and also create a frothy concoction. But how can you make your filter coffee at home? Well, the ID Filter Coffee Decoction is here to save the day! This ready-made coffee brew is made with a rich blend of 80% coffee and 20% chicory. The filter coffee brew is available in small packets. This means that you don’t have to go through the trouble brewing your coffee every morning. The brew is made from quality coffee beans that are roasted, ground and dripped the authentic way. It’s an easy way to make your favourite filter coffee without the extra hassles. So, keep reading to find out how to make filter coffee with ID’s decoction.
