Keto Dosa Ingredients:

  • Dosa Batter
  • 18 grams almond flour
  • 15 grams shredded mozzarella/cheddar cheese
  • 30 ml coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Hing or asafoetida
  • 1 tbsp olive/coconut oil

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients except coconut or olive oil in a bowl, and make sure that the batter is even and poured consistently.
  • Allow the batter to rest for a minimum of 10-15 minutes.
  • Add warm water if the batter is too thick.
  • Sprinkle some water over a non-stick pan.
  • Grease the pan with coconut or olive oil.
  • Pour a generous amount of batter and spread evenly in a circular shape.
