Andhra-style Erra Kaaram Dosa Recipe
Andhra-style Erra Kaaram is a crispy dosa coated with spicy red chutney inside. It is one of the popular dishes of Andhra Pradesh, especially in the Rayalaseema region. Erra Kaaram means red chutney, which is used to coat inside the dosa while making dosa. It is similar to the masala dosa of Karnataka, with the only difference of more pungent red chutney due to the more use of garlic and onion. You can also smear roasted gram flour to add more taste to it. You must have tried different variations of dosas. You can try this at home as well, and add a variation to your dosa taste.
