How to use

Traditional wheat and oats dosas are now that much easier to make. Plate up fitness with iD Whole Wheat and Oats Dosa Batter.

Bring the batter to room temperature and wash the pack before use

Cut the pack open

Add salt if required since the batter is only mildly salted. Mix well, ensuring the water and batter aren’t separated during storage.

Spread a little thicker than a regular dosa on the pan.

Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.

Storing iD Organic Whole Wheat and Oats Dosa Batter: Refrigerate at 0-5°C. Bring the batter to room temperature before cooking with it.
