How to use

What’s a better Sunday breakfast than soft and crumbly idlies with the added crispness of rava? Go ahead and open up the joy of good food.

Wash the pack before you use the batter.

Cut open the pack and add salt if required. The batter is only mildly salted

Scoop the batter out and pour it into the idly steamer.

Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.

Storing iD Organic Rava Idly batter: Refrigerate at 0-5°C. Bring the batter to room temperature before cooking with it.
