Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible to monitor the production processes and coordination with the plant team to ensure all SOP related to production are followed

To ensure all products quality parameters are effectively followed and does not exceed the critical limits

To initiate corrective action for all deviations and ensure products supplied to market are of best quality

To verify and ensure all processes of recipes / production / packing are followed by the set standard operating procedure

To continuously coordinate with plant team on improvement of the processes and advise solutions for issues

To monitor on the performance of all plant instruments and equipment and escalate to relevant stakeholders on actions for improvement

To conduct regular sensory of the products produced and approve the batch to the market

Analyse the root cause of all customer complaints and develop corrective and preventive actions along with the quality head

Work with supply quality, hygiene & sanitization quality to ensure all systems related to plant are effectively implemented

Provide shop floor training & classroom training on all topics as per developed training calendar

Job specifications

Education: Bachelors in food science, food technology, microbiology, food engineering etc.

Experience needed: Minimum 2 years’ experience, UAE FMCG Industry

Computer skills: MS office package

Communication: English
