Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with the senior designer to plan, execute and produce innovative and on-brand design to support the marketing/ sales functions.
  • Execute attractive and effective presentation decks, social media advertising, marketing collateral (print and web), email marketing etc.
  • Develop product illustrations, logos, and other graphics as needed/
  • Understand the design idea and concepts.
  • Collaborate with the senior designer on camapign startergy, artworking etc.
  • Use the best design methods, applications, software and techniques to work on the project.
  • Take on specific tasks to support many projects underway.
  • Visually communicate to a specific audience creatively and effectively.
  • Ability to come up with interesting and innovative ideas to develop social media creatives, offline creatives.
  • Working knowledge of marketing, general design principles, paid media, web design, and web/landing page design.
  • A flexible approach & willingness to adapt ideas based on the business needs.
  • A passion for social media & advertising.
  • A keen eye for visual details and accuracy.
  • The resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic designing, or related field.

Skills required

Proven work experience in social media management, hands on experience in content management & knowledge of online marketing channels.
