About the Operational Model 

As our product is different from others, so is our business model. All our fresh products are made for the day they are shipped to retail stores. We have zero finished goods inventory, and hence no intermediary stockiest or transitory warehouses. This is possible only with the help of an inhouse fleet of vehicles and distribution personnel. Currently a fleet of 500 dedicated vehicles and crew touch 25,000 retailers daily and replenish 100,000+ Kgs units of the freshest produce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists in development of the company’s annual audit plan.
  • Manage performance of audit assignments, reviews workpapers and audit reports.
  • Schedule and plan audits, initiate project planning, assess risk and develops audit direction.
  • Perform preliminary planning and establish direction for audits, provide leadership to assigned auditors, manage project to quality outcomes while meeting established time budget.
  • Perform audit work including plan preparation, workpapers, verify the accuracy of financial records as they pertain to assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures, and related transactions.
  • Coordinate and interact with regents, administrators, faculty, staff, external audit and law enforcement agencies.
  • Train new staff, as and when needed.
  • Keep abreast of policies and procedures, current developments in accounting and auditing profession, and changes in local, state, and federal laws, as applicable.
  • Participate in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develop and implement projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.
  • Develop and provide training to other departments as requested.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

Education: CA

Experience: CA with 5+ years of experience

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of university and/or public auditing policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

Communication– English, native regional language is preferrable, but not a mandate.
