A) Roles and Responsibilities

Managing complete Recruitment Life Cycle including Manpower planning, resourcing both internal & external manpower, identifying the possible sources, selecting the best candidate and negotiating & fitting them at right place at right time.

Aligned with Business to understand the business needs in terms of HR supports, manpower requirement, making organization structure defining Job descriptions for all unique positions.

Formulating a strategic and systematic

Recruitment Plan to meet the Company’s manpower requirements in cost effective manner within a given time frame by exploring the various sources of recruitment apart from Job Portal such as Job SMS, Advertisements, Mass mailing, Camp recruitments.

Industrial Relations and Labor Law matters- Formulating and implementing the IR strategies for Plant. Maintaining cordial IR, dealing with Unions and workers Representatives, Agreements, Long term wage Settlements, Disciplinary matters, good liaison with local authorities as and when it is required.

Manage IR in (Maharashtra and Telangana, AP,KARNATAKA) and ensure alignment with operations team in plant.

Exposure of Employee Compensation and Benefit Schemes, Policy Formulation and Its Implementation.

Negotiation with Unions to resolve Disputes, Decision taking for Disciplinary action, Servicing charge sheet, Conducting Domestic enquiry, Servicing Show cause Notice.

Liaisoning with Govt Departments and attending labor Courts and District Courts on behalf of the Company.

Deft at people management, maintaining healthy employee relations and IR to improve the working Conditions and build up the culture to improve the productive time Instrumental on IR Strategy.

Depth knowledge of labor Laws & Statutory Compliance. Skilled in managing and maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations.

Handling employee grievances thus creating an amicable & transparent environment Updating and implementing the HR policies and employee’s benefits schemes to cope with the Changes and retain experienced manpower An effective communicator with excellent problem solving skills.

Take up new challenges and lead special projects.

Employees Relation & Grievances handling: Developed the process called Escalation Matrix to handle employee grievances and queries related to Leave, attendance, payroll & others. Ensure the same is done on regular basis.

Set Operational process & follow up – Can manage payroll, Commission calculations etc

C) About the operational model

As our product is different from others, so is our business model. All our fresh products are made for the day they are shipped to retail stores. We have zero finished goods inventory, and hence no intermediary stockists or transitory warehouses. This is possible only with the help of an inhouse fleet of vehicles and distribution personnel. Currently a fleet of 500 dedicated vehicles and crew touch 25,000 retailers daily and replenish 100,000+ Kgs units of the freshest produce.

D) Job Specifications

Education: MBA in HR & IR/MSW

Experience Needed (Professional) : Minimum 15 years’ experience in IR/HR field with leading FMCG organizations.

Skills: Computer Skill – MS Office, power BI and other analytic software

Communication: English & Native regional language

Industry: FMCG/ Food production/ Processing
