A) Roles and Responsibilities

Develop the Sales Strategy for International Markets.

Responsible for Topline revenue, Channel P&L and market share.

Distributor Management for existing markets.

Develop the distribution network in new markets, identify buyers, negotiate & finalise business contracts.

Responsible for end to end Sales & Export Operations.

Responsible for Export related documentation and Regulatory Compliances.

Build the Organizational Brand & Visibility in external markets & build international value proposition for the organisation.

GTM Strategy & BTL Execution in international markets.

Responsible for NPD Launch in International Markets.

Project management of handling shipments with strong stakeholder interaction with internal and external teams.

iD Fresh Food’s mission is to make healthy and nutritious homemade meals an easy task. Our range of fresh and authentic no-preservatives, no-added-chemicals range of ready-to-cook products help millions of households across India and GCC whip up tasty and wholesome meals. And we are expanding rapidly to the rest of the world too.

C) About the operational model

Much like our products, our business model is unique too. The distribution of our fresh products happens through direct shipping to retail stores. With zero finished good inventory, we do not depend on intermediary stockists or transitory warehouses. All this is made possible with the help of an in-house fleet of vehicles and distribution personnel. A fleet of 500 dedicated vehicles & crew reach 25,000 + retailers every day currently, and replenish 100,000+kg units of fresh produce.

D) Job Specifications

Education: MBA or Equivalent education

Experience Needed (Professional) : Minimum 20 years’ experience in Exports and B2B with leading FMCG.

 Skills: Computer Skill – MS Office,power BI and other analytic software

 Communication: English & Native regional language

 Industry: FMCG/ Food production/ Processing
