Roles and responsibilities

  1. Working on getting all legal licenses for plants & DC locations like –
    a. Factory license
    b. Shops & establishment licenses
    c. Trade Licenses
    d. Pollution control board license
    e. Pollution control board licenses – Water & Air/ Plastic hazardous waste consent
    f. PCB – EPR returns.
    g. FIRE NOC
    h. FSSAI (State & Central License)
    i. On All corporate licenses.
    j. inspection done for Hoist & compressors
    k. DG approvals
    l. Weighing , stamping & calibration certificates
    m. Form 7 & 31 approvals from director of factories.
    n. PESO license
    o. Inter state migrant license
  2. Liaison with all government officials like
    a. Factory license
    b. Shops & establishment licenses
    c. Trade Licenses
    d. Pollution control board license
    e. Legal Metrology
    f. NSS
    g. Customs Office
    h. Import & Export Code officials
  3. Working closely with consultants
    a. GSR,Ascent Team,Shakti plastics,Serve HR.
  4. Ensuring returns are submitted to all legal department within dues dates.
  5. Working closely with factories & DC locations on each & every requirement.
  6. Working with factory on audits.
  7. Working with on government officials official visit & reply to all the visit remarks,
  8. Drafting policies wherever required.
  9. Getting done below tests as required under different act.
    a. Drinking water test
    b. Noise tests
    c. Air Ambient
    d. Stack Monitoring
  10. Ensuring all required trainings & awareness programmes are extended to all employees
  11. Fire & safety equipment’s are installed in the factory & their due dates for refilling etc.,
  12. Drafting SOP’s where ever required.
  13. Closely working with regional heads on requirements.
  14. Helping the factory during customers visits & audits , by providing required support with legal documents.
