Roles and responsibilities

To align corporate trade marketing strategy with respective Regional Sales Teams

To be the think-tank for trade inputs planing for GT in respective regions on a monthly/quarterly frequency

To maintain Trade Marketing data formats and share them regularly on a daily, weekly & monthly level to support business decision making.

To have highest degree ethics of integrity while dealing with external vendors, invoice management, cost negotiations.

Supervise trade marketing inputs, evaluate ROI through data dashboard thoroughly, and improve datalink between Sales and Trade Marketing team

To coordinate with sales team for sales forecast, competition Intelligence, retail visibility execution, etc

To undertake market visits for better understanding of market dynamics.

Education: MBA- Marketing

Experience Needed (Professional)

Minimum 1 year experience in sales

Should be capable of managing & leading regional trade marketing.
